The Role
As a core member of our team, you will travel to residential properties to provide thorough, high-quality cleaning. We are looking for someone who understands professional workflows and can work efficiently without sacrificing quality. Your responsibilities will include:
Performing deep cleaning tasks (e.g., baseboards, inside appliances, and ceiling fans).
Proficiency with industry-standard cleaning agents and proper care for various surfaces (granite, hardwood, stainless steel).
Managing your own schedule and cleaning checklists efficiently to meet time targets.
Communicating professionally and kindly with clients during your visits.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience is required. You understand industry best practices, safe chemical handling, and efficient cleaning workflows.
Reliability & Integrity: You are punctual, trustworthy, and have a proven history of professional reliability (we will check references).
Attention to Detail: You have a "sharp eye" for cleanliness and do not miss the small things.
Physical Stamina: You are comfortable standing, kneeling, and moving for extended periods.
Transportation: You have a valid driver’s license, a clean driving record, and a reliable vehicle to get to client locations.
