Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping Manager to motivate and lead our Housekeeping Team at Aava. This is a vital role in ensuring our guests enjoy a clean, comfortable, and welcoming environment that reflects our commitment to excellence. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the housekeeping department to ensure cleanliness standards are met.
- Lead, train, and motivate housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to meet guest needs.
- Monitor quality control and address any issues promptly.
- Maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hotel housekeeping management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cleaning procedures, safety standards, and hospitality industry best practices.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities.
- Previous experience with inventory management is preferred.
