Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring that our guests have an enjoyable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, accurately, and with a friendly demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests in a warm and welcoming manner.
- Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage offerings.
- Take customer orders accurately using the POS system.
- Upsell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their meal and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
- Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
- Assist in training new staff members as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in food service or as a Server is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage with guests positively.
- Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cashiering processes is a plus.
- Knowledge of food safety practices is essential.
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A willingness to help others and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
