The Hampton Inn and Suites by Hilton Calgary Airport is looking for a full-time Guest Service Agent.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of each and every guest committing to the highest quality of standards to guarantee guest loyalty.
- Registers, process guest’s arrivals, departures and taking required payment.
- Managing guest’s profiles on a daily basis and coordinate room assignments and pre-arrivals.
- Required to answer and take reservations over the telephone in a professional manner.
- Arranges fulfillment of customer service by working closely with other department.
- Stays current with development in the hotel by reviewing and updating the log book.
- Any other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Open availability is a must.
- Ability to work mornings, afternoon, evening, weekends and holidays.

- Self-starter, punctual, energetic and has the ability to work under pressure.
- Competent computer skills.
- Strong problem solving skills.
- Communicates effectively with guests and co-workers.
- Possess class 5 driver license.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Previous experience in hotels is an asset.
- Remuneration based on experience.
