We are seeking a talented and personable Barber/Stylist to join our team. Duties
- Provide professional haircuts, styling, and grooming services tailored to each client's preferences.
- Consult with clients to understand their desired look and offer expert recommendations.
- Maintain a clean and sanitized work station in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Upsell retail products such as hair care items to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Manage front desk responsibilities including scheduling appointments, checking in clients, and processing payments.
- Foster positive relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Stay current with industry trends and techniques to continually improve service offerings.
Experience
- Previous experience as a barber or stylist is a must.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation procedures specific to the hair care industry.
- Ability to upsell retail products naturally during client interactions.
- Experience in retail sales or front desk operations is a plus.
