We are a 100% organic maple syrup producer located in the heart of the Appalachian forest in New Brunswick. We are looking for dedicated, self motivated individuals who share the same appreciation for our land to assist with our tapping, harvest, and production season. Working in all weather conditions our crew is divided throughout the forests we harvest.
Location: All work will be preformed in numerous wood lot locations located in Divide and Knowlesville New Brunswick in teams of multiple employees, as well as production and warehouse facilities.

Responsibilities and Duties- Duties will change throughout the season; General farm workers perform some or all of the following duties: Starting in November we begin our tapping process which will involve lifting tools overhead, trekking through the forest with the use of snowshoes. Assembling and installing drop lines. Set and monitor, sap lines, sap flow. Repair and maintain network of tubing.
During the harvest and production season you will be responsible for maintaining good sap flow and repair any issues with the sap lines. Operate and maintain farm machinery, preform general equipment cleaning and maintenance
Qualifications and Skills –There are no specific education or training requirements. Must be physically fit and able to walk or snowshoe for the working day. The following is a list of skills that would be a bonus in this position but not necessary; First aid, motor vehicle operating, basic tools and equipment operating experience.
Must be fit and willing to work outside and walk or snowshoe for the working day in hilly terrain and in all conditions.
Must supply own seasonal apparel, all tools and specialty equipment will be provided.
