Duties
- Perform comprehensive cleaning of residential Airbnb properties, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and common spaces.
- Ensure all surfaces are sanitized, dusted, vacuumed, mopped, and refreshed to meet cleanliness standards.
- Manage laundry duties such as washing, folding, and organizing linens and towels for each guest turnover.
- Restock essentials like toiletries, cleaning supplies, and amenities to guarantee a fully prepared space.
- Communicate effectively with hosts and guests regarding property condition or special requests to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, supplies inventory, and property condition reports.
- Adhere strictly to safety protocols and quality guidelines to deliver consistent service excellence.
Experience
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or hospitality services with a focus on short-term rental properties preferred.
- Strong command of English; proficiency in French is a plus for communicating with diverse clients.
- Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete cleaning tasks within scheduled windows.
- Organizational skills to keep track of multiple properties and ensure timely turnovers.
- Ability to perform laundry duties and handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Customer service orientation with clear communication skills to address guest needs professionally.
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and a passion for creating welcoming environments that exceed expectations.
