We are currently looking for a highly motivated and customer-orientated Service Advisor for our automotive repair shop location. The candidate will excel in multitasking within a high-paced setting. You will play an important role in providing exceptional service and be the first point of contact for our customers. Your key tasks involve managing and ordering parts, assisting our customers, and ensuring our team of technicians is supported.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Delivers exceptional customer service to customers and ensures an ongoing commitment to the needs of the customer
- Respond efficiently to all customer inquiries, requests and concerns, over the phone (and in person when required) in a professional and mature manner
- Create work orders using computer software
- Ordering parts and supplies for vehicles, returning parts not used or cores
- Enter parts in computer software when received
- Parts sourcing
- Maintain parts inventory
- Completes other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Previous experience in customer service is required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment with a team-player attitude
- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable.
- High School Graduate or Equivalent
- Experience with cash handling procedures is beneficial
- Clean driver’s abstract - DZ would be an asset
Pay: $18.00-$23.00 per hour
