Job Posting: STEM Instructor
About the Role:
Engineering for Kids is looking for passionate and dedicated STEM Instructors to join our growing team! If you enjoy working with children and have experience in a camp or after-school environment, this is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact. We inspire young minds through hands-on, interactive STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) activities in a fun and safe learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facilitate STEM-based lessons and activities (curriculum training provided).
- Create a safe, fun, and engaging learning environment for children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and provide regular updates on students’ progress.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure the success of the program.
- Ensure children’s safety and well-being during all sessions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of experience working with children in a camp or after-school setting.
- Reliable vehicle and the ability to drive (mandatory)**
- Availability to work for minimum 3 weekdays evenings ( 3-6 PM) in Fall 2026**
- Background in STEM (science, technology, engineering, or math) is an asset.
- Passion for working with children and inspiring their learning.
Schedule:
- Start: July 20th (Training Period during the full day summer camps in (July - August)
- Flexible schedule with availability required during Fall 2026:
- Weekday evenings. Monday- Friday 3 - 6 PM
- Lunchtime programs.
- Weekends.
