Job Description:
Responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of integrations from IBM DataPower and IBM Integration Bus (IIB) to MuleSoft.
- Analyse existing IBM DataPower and IIB configurations, business logic, and integrations.
- Design and develop integration solutions on the MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
- Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, existing solutions, and ensure appropriate technical solutions are designed and implemented.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement MuleSoft components such as API-led Connectivity, DataWeave, MuleSoft Connectors, and Anypoint Studio.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of the MuleSoft environment to handle high-volume integration scenarios.
- Provide expert guidance on MuleSoft best practices, design principles, and industry standards.
- Facilitate testing of the migrated solutions to ensure they meet business requirements and function as expected.
- Provide documentation for the migration process, including design and configuration details.
Key Skills:
- Strong experience with IBM DataPower and IBM Integration Bus (IIB), including configurations, policies, and security.
- In-depth knowledge of MuleSoft Anypoint Platform including Anypoint Studio, Mule ESB, API Manager, and Anypoint Exchange.
- Hands-on experience in API design and development using API-led connectivity approach.
- Expertise in web services, REST, SOAP, and JSON integrations.
- Strong understanding of data transformation with DataWeave.
- Proficient in security protocols, such as OAuth, SSL, and API security best practices.
- Experience in CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git, Jenkins, and Maven.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- experience in enterprise integration solutions, including MuleSoft, IBM DataPower and IIB
- 6+ years of minimum experience in MuleSoft development, migration, and architecture.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with MuleSoft CloudHub, Anypoint Platform, and API Gateway.
- Experience in IBM DataPower and IBM Integration Bus (IIB)
Pay: $55.00-$65.00 per hour
