Description:
PSI Concrete Pumping is seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our fast-paced team. This role requires someone with prior experience dispatching multiple concrete pump trucks and placing and finishing crews. You must be organized, clear in communication, and able to adapt quickly to changing jobsite demands.
Responsibilities:
- Dispatch concrete pump trucks and finishers/placing crews efficiently and accurately
- Coordinate daily schedules and communicate clearly with operators, site contacts, and management
- Adjust plans in real-time based on site changes, equipment availability, or delays
- Ensure all job-related information is entered into the dispatch system
Requirements:
- Dispatch experience required – please do not apply without this
- Ability to manage multiple crews and trucks in a dynamic environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience with Rapid Apps Dispatch System is an asset, but training will be provided
- Concrete industry experience is a strong asset
