We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Manager to join our growing construction team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants hands-on experience managing residential and light commercial renovation projects from start to finish.
About the Role
You will support the project management team in coordinating ongoing projects once they are signed, helping ensure jobs run smoothly, on time, and on budget. You will be working directly with crews, clients, and suppliers in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing active construction projects from kickoff to completion
- Coordinate schedules for crews, deliveries, and site visits
- Communicate with clients to provide updates and resolve issues
- Track project progress, changes, and job costs
- Support documentation including work orders, invoices, and progress reports
- Help ensure job sites meet quality and safety standards

- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable working both in-office and on job sites
- Basic understanding of construction or renovation work (asset, not required)
- Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license (preferred)
