ABOUT THIS POSITION:
We are seeking an individual for the role of Warehouse Logistics Manager to work with our existing Aftermarket Team, and supervise our Warehouse Department. This person will be responsible for managing and facilitating the day-to-day operations and administration of our inventory, parts counter, warranty, and shipping and receiving processes.
The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and adaptable individual with management experience, who is comfortable in both an office and warehouse environment and excels working as part of a dynamic team. The successful applicant will employ a hands-on management style, and be customer service oriented.
- On-site training will be provided, though individuals applying with a Fork Lift Certificate, First Aid, or Safety Training are preferred.
- Applicants should be able to lift 50lbs unassisted.
- Additional experience with fuel fired boilers/burners, HVAC systems, and related products will be considered an asset.
THIS ROLE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR:
- Administrative Warehouse/Aftermarket processes including but not limited to: purchasing, and processing customer orders, and warranty claims
- Liaising and communicating with the Sales Team to facilitate upcoming sales opportunities and manage expectations
- Supporting purchasing by anticipating inventory requirements, and ensuring product needed for stock/special projects is ordered and available in a timely manner
- Managing operations within the Warehouse/Aftermarket Department to ensure all processes are being followed, and work areas are maintained in accordance with both company policy and Health & Safety standards
- Managing and anticipating incoming/outgoing shipments to ensure adequate space and time are allocated to facilitate the flow of product in and out of the warehouse
- Reconciliation and maintenance of product quantities, including participation in regular inventory counts
- Budgeting and arranging shipping logistics, including arrangements for customs clearing of product being imported/exported outside of Canada
- Assisting as needed with shipping and receiving, and warehouse organization

- Monday to Friday, 8:30AM - 5:00PM

Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
