Toyota Tsusho Canada, Inc. (TTCI) located in Cambridge, ON is looking for a driven, passionate and confident individual to fill the position of Account Representative.
This position would be responsible for the following (non-inclusive) duties:
- Follow up on customer and supplier inquiries along with possible quality issues
- Receive and verify RFQ’s from customers, and send to suppliers for quotation
- Prepare pricing quotations and present sales activity to customers
- Utilize our ERP system (JD Edwards) for sales and purchasing transactions
- Support Accounts Receivable (A/R), month end and budget activities
- Facilitate, manage, and coordinate trial parts for new model launches and other changes
- Chemical compliance and tracking in the system
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Sales and customer service experience is an asset
- Business related University degree or College diploma preferred
- Must have a driver’s license
- Must be able to travel domestically and internationally when required
- Intermediate/advanced MS Excel skills
- Basic math skills
- Experience in Enterprise One, SAP, or similar ERP systems an asset
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in high stress situations, time management, organization skills, communication skills, and customer service skills
- Must be able to work overtime when the need arises, including weekends if necessary
