Location: St . Francis Xavier School
Hours: 7:00 AM – 6:00 PM (3-hour unpaid break, 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM)
The Opportunity:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled individual to join the facilities team at St . Francis Xavier School. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of experience and commitment to supporting the school, staff, and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean facilities and contents using a variety of equipment and chemical products.

Perform minor repairs and maintenance as needed.

Perform all physical aspects of the role (e.g., lifting up to 50 lbs).

Work independently and demonstrate self-direction and motivation with minimal supervision.

Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively collaborate with school staff and students.

Snow removal as required
Qualifications and Skills:
- Preferred: High school diploma.

Required: Previous custodial experience.

Knowledge of Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) and workplace safety protocols.

Proficiency in technology, including Google email and internet navigation.

- A commitment to Catholic education, including adherence to Gospel principles and the teachings of the Catholic Church in both professional and personal life, as a condition of employment.
