Sweet Obsession, a well-established patisserie with over 20 years in Kitsilano, is seeking a Pastry Cook (BOH) to join our production team.
We are a growing company committed to quality, consistency, and being part of our customers’ celebrations. Our offerings include 20+ fresh cakes daily, a rotating selection of pastries and baked goods, and beverages.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes, pastries, and desserts according to company standards
- Assist with daily production and prep
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Work efficiently as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
- Certificate from a pastry program (minimum 6 months)
- Valid FoodSafe certification
- Previous pastry or baking experience required
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work early mornings, weekdays, and/or weekends
- Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
