Hiring: Studio Manager at BodyMods
Studio 2 by BodyMods is a piercing studio in Central City. We are looking for a Studio Manager who embodies our passion, vision, and dedication to join our Crew and help drive continued success. In this role, you'll be responsible for achieving monthly sales goals, coaching and guiding your crew, and cultivating our strong company culture. You’ll take charge of the hiring and training process, ensuring new team members are equipped to excel, while holding the crew accountable for performance. Weekly meetings will keep you connected, and monthly check-ins with the team will ensure everyone is supported and engaged. Duties & Responsibilities
Customer Service - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs, demonstrating prompt and effective problem-solving skills, and maintaining a friendly, positive attitude to ensure that every customer feels valued and respected in their interactions.
Team Leadership - Inspire and support the crew to enhance job satisfaction and performance. Manage the hiring and training of team members, providing coaching on customer service skills and product knowledge while holding individuals accountable for their responsibilities.
Performance Goals - Ensure the store meets its monthly sales targets while supporting the Crew in achieving their personal goals that contribute to overall success. Provide coaching and constructive feedback to help them reach their objectives.
Communication - Promote effective communication by offering clear directions, outlining expectations, and performing monthly crew check-ins. Relay essential information to the District Manager while ensuring confidentiality on sensitive matters.
Scheduling and Shift Coverage - Develop a monthly crew schedule, manage scheduling changes, and ensure adequate shift coverage as needed.
Merchandising and Inventory - Manage the cleanliness and organization of the store while upholding sanitation standards across all service areas. Ensure the store is adequately restocked and effectively merchandised. Track inventory levels for supplies, place inventory orders weekly, and coordinate stock orders as needed.
Meetings - Participate in weekly manager meetings and hold crew meetings as needed, maintaining open communication to foster a positive team environment.

Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify issues, analyze situations, and implement effective solutions quickly.
Training and Development: Skill in hiring, training, and mentoring staff to enhance team performance and foster growth.
Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adjust to changing market conditions, customer needs, and operational challenges.
Required Experience
Two years retail management. Bloodborne pathogens required for all Studio positions.
Compensation
Salary: starting at $25/hour, commensurate with experience
Incentives
· Monthly bonus tied to sales performance
- Bonuses start at $200 per month with a tier system that adds an additional 10% bonus per tier. There is no limit on how much you can earn.

- Average monthly commission payouts range from $250-400+ a month
