Front Office Coordinator Position Summary
We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Front Desk Coordinator to join our team. As the first point of contact for visitors, customers, and vendors, you will play an important role in creating a positive experience while providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, customers, suppliers, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Maintain reception and common office areas to ensure a professional appearance.
- Perform daily filing and document management tasks.
- Coordinate/receive courier shipments and deliveries.
- Prepare and deliver outgoing mail, including customer payments and company correspondence.
- Prepare and deliver bank deposits as required.
- Assist with administration tasks to our wholesale department as required
- Enter customer orders and freight organization as required
- Provide backup coverage for the Order Desk during breaks and absences.
- Order and maintain office and kitchen supplies as needed.
- Assist with data entry, record maintenance, and general administrative support.
- Support special projects, company events and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative support role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach
- Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and willingness to perform occasional errands, including bank deposits

Pay: $45,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
