We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead civil underground construction projects (water, sewer, storm). This role is ideal for someone who excels in a fast‑paced field environment and is comfortable managing out‑of‑town project operations.
Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and deliver underground construction projects
- Manage schedules, budgets, materials, and resources
- Coordinate with clients, engineers, inspectors, and municipalities
- Oversee daily field operations and monitor productivity
- Lead issue tracking, change management, and problem solving
- Prepare and review progress billings, WIPs, and cost reports
- Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence
Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience in civil underground construction project management
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and productivity tracking
- Familiarity with municipal permitting/inspection processes
- Experience with B2W is an advantage

Pay: $130,000.00-$180,000.00 per year

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)
