We’re a fast-growing landscape construction company looking for a skilled and reliable crew member to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who’s serious about the trade, takes pride in their work, and is ready to grow into a leadership position.
What We’re Looking For:
Must have 3-5 years of landscaping experience (interlock, flagstone, etc.)
Skilled with skid steers, mini-excavators, and general landscape equipment
Valid G driver’s license + your own transportation
Punctual, hardworking, and coachable
Able to execute work according to company standards and client expectations —not personal preferences.
We're looking for someone who takes initiative, shows up on time, and gets the job done right.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
