Aangan Toronto is looking for a passionate and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team.
We are seeking someone with previous experience in an Indian restaurant and strong knowledge of Tandoor, Curry, or Indian Cold Section. If you are confident working in any one of these sections and take pride in producing consistent, high-quality food, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook dishes according to recipes and quality standards.
- Independently manage the Tandoor, Curry, or Cold section.
- Complete daily mise en place and prep work.
- Ensure consistency in food quality and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
- Work efficiently with the kitchen team during service.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in an Indian restaurant.
- Experience in Tandoor, Curry, or Indian Cold Section (experience in one or more sections is required).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
- Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Pay: $18.00-$19.00 per hour
