Position: Line Cook
Shift: Evening Shift (Last call at 1 AM)
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook menu items consistently and to standard.
- Ensure proper food handling, safety, and sanitation practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in kitchen stations.
- Assist with inventory management and food preparation as needed.
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen team during service.
Requirements:
- Previous kitchen experience, particularly as a line cook.
- Knowledge of cooking techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Flexible availability for evening shifts, with the last call at 1:00 AM.
