We are looking for an ambitious, polished, and customer-focused individual to join our Mercedes-Benz and AMG sales team in Victoria, BC. Whether you already have automotive sales experience or come from another premium customer service environment, this opportunity is designed for someone who wants to build a meaningful and rewarding long-term career with one of the world’s most iconic luxury brands.
This Is Different from the Traditional Car Business
This is not a commission-only, “sink or swim” environment.
At Three Point Motors, we believe in investing in people properly.
Our compensation and onboarding structure is designed to allow the successful candidate to earn approximately $65,000–$80,000 annually during the development and training phase, while receiving professional coaching, mentorship, Mercedes-Benz product training, and hands-on support from an experienced leadership team.
Our goal is simple:
Within 6–8 months, you will be trained, confident, capable, and prepared for long-term success.
This is not theory — it is a model we have successfully demonstrated with previous additions to our team.

- Works well in a team-focused environment
- Has confidence, humility, and strong personal discipline
- Mandarin or Cantonese language skills are a plus, but not mandatory
Automotive experience is valuable, but attitude, professionalism, work ethic, and willingness to learn are even more important.
