We are seeking a dedicated and friendly concession operator to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor.
- Clean washrooms canteen area
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism.

- Process payments and maintain cash handling procedures.

Experience
- Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service skills
- Retail experience an asset not a requirement
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure in a team-oriented environment.
