Richlea Bakery has a part time position for a customer service representative. Responsible for providing efficient, friendly service to our customers. The shop will operates from Monday to Saturday 8:00 to 6:00 . We are offering competitive wages based on experience. Hours and days can be flexible.
Duties:
- Provide superior service to our customers
- Using product knowledge to assist customers in their purchases
- Expedite the transaction in a professional and accurate manner
- Stocking and displaying products in a presentable manner
- Ensure a clean and sanitary space for customers and co workers
Skills and qualifications:
- Cake Decoration Is an asset
- Prior bakery knowledge/experience is an asset
- Food safety certification preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- A desire to provide a pleasant customer experience
- Safe and responsible in their actions
- Work well independently or in a collaborative team environment
- Able to work well in busy environment
- Able to follow company policies
- Good command of English both verbal and written
