Nunastar Properties is seeking a highly organized and self-driven Property & Financial Administrator to support operations at Centre Square, a mixed-use commercial and residential property in Yellowknife.
This is a unique, multi-functional role combining tenant-facing property administration with core accounting responsibilities, offering an opportunity for someone who thrives in a dynamic, independent work environment.
What You’ll Do
Property Operations (Approximately 50%)
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, visitors, and stakeholders
- Manage tenant communications, inquiries, and general administration
- Coordinate and track maintenance requests and work orders
- Oversee parking operations, permits, and general building access
- Support day-to-day operations within a mixed-use commercial and condo building
Financial & Accounting (Approximately 50%)
- Manage Accounts Receivable (AR), including rent collection and follow-up
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and vendor invoices
- Prepare and issue tenant invoices and chargebacks
- Maintain lease documentation and financial records
- Support cost allocations across shared/common areas
- Utilize property and accounting systems (Reflex experience an asset)

- Experience in property administration and/or accounting (AR/AP)
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable in a tenant-facing, professional environment
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Experience in a mixed-use or commercial property environment is an asset
