Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tile Setter, Drywaller, painter and framer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tile installation and a keen eye for detail.
Duties
- Apply grout between tiles and ensure proper sealing to enhance durability and appearance.
- Perform repairs on existing tile installations as needed, including re-grouting or replacing damaged tiles.
- Collaborate with other construction professionals, such as carpenters and drywall installers, to ensure seamless project completion.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition, adhering to safety standards at all times.
Skills
- Experience with drywall installation and repair techniques.
- Knowledge of caulking methods for sealing edges and joints effectively.
- Familiarity with construction painting techniques is a plus.
- Strong maintenance person skills with the ability to perform various construction-related tasks as needed.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy materials when necessary.
