What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in residential slope roofing
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work safely and efficiently as part of a team
- Valid Class 5 Driver’s Licence preferred
- Willingness to learn and apply the High Definition Roofing way of installing roofs, regardless of previous experience
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
Experience That Is Considered an Asset:
- GAF Golden Pledge / Master Elite warranty installations
- Malarkey Emerald Pro and Emerald Premium warranty installations
- Experience with manufacturer specification-driven roofing systems
- RCABC credits or Red Seal progression
