Role Summary
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Assembly Technician is responsible for final product assembly in accordance with drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. This role ensures components are properly fitted, aligned, and verified for function before products are prepared for outbound handling or the next stage of production.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete final product assembly in accordance with drawings and specifications;
- Verify fit, alignment, and function of assembled components;
- Perform visual and functional checks to confirm product quality;
- Identify and correct assembly issues as they arise; and
- Prepare completed products for outbound handling or the next stage of production.
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred;
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing, production, or assembly environment preferred;
- Experience operating production equipment, using hand tools, or working with sheet metal components considered an asset; and
- Ability to stand for extended periods, perform repetitive tasks, and lift materials (up to 50 lbs) as required.
- Ability to read and follow drawings, work instructions, and measurement or assembly specifications;
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing accurate, quality work;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment;
- Reliable attendance, good organizational skills, and commitment to maintaining a clean workstation;
- Commitment to safe work practices and proper material handling; and
- Basic math, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Work Environment
- Manufacturing setting with regular standing, lifting (up to 50 lbs), repetitive work, and material handling;
- Use of personal protective equipment required;
- Work Location: In person; and
- Occasional overtime may be required to support production schedules.

Pay: $32.00-$42.00 per hour
