Roofer / Roofing Labourer

Harder Roofing is looking for roofers and labourers to join our crew working on residential roofing projects in the Comox Valley and Campbell River area.
We’re a hardworking local roofing company that takes pride in quality work and running a solid crew on site.
Experience preferred, but we will train the right person.
Pay
$25 – $50 per hour depending on experience
Signing bonus may be available for the right candidate.
Job Responsibilities
- Install asphalt shingles and roofing materials
- Tear-off and removal of old roofing
- Carry and load roofing materials onto roofs
- Assist roofers with installation and job setup
- Maintain clean and safe job sites
- Work safely on ladders and roofs
- Help the crew complete projects efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- Roofing experience is an asset but not required
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Comfortable working outdoors and at heights
- Physically capable of lifting roofing materials
- Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and improve skills
