Title: Warehouse Operations Supervisor
Schedule: 4:00 p.m. to 12:30 a.m. (Monday to Friday)

Reporting directly to the Warehouse Manager, you will be in charge of ensuring smooth operations while maintaining the highest standard of safety, quality and compliance. Responsibilities:
- Rotate and train on each aspect of the warehouse processes on all shifts.
- Provide daily leadership and hands-on support for the department.
- Drive compliance with safety, quality and productivity goals in support of warehouse leadership team objectives.
- Provide recommendations on process improvement and assists in implementation.
- Prepare and monitor team objectives for the shift, based on the needs of your shift.
- Planning, coordinating and verifying information is essential to the success of the operation.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Must have a clean criminal record.
- Minimum 2 years of Counterbalance Forklift experience (required).
- Must have own reliable transport (required).
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 2 years supervisory experience in a warehouse leading a team(required).
- Valid forklift certification (required).
- Familiarity using a Warehouse Management System (preferred).
- Ability to multi-task and detail oriented.
- Proactive and takes initiative.
- Able to successfully meet KPIs and improve cost efficiency.
