The Bears Den is a long-standing local restaurant in Penticton undergoing an exciting expansion. We are building a strong team to help deliver great food, genuine hospitality, and a welcoming atmosphere for locals, travelers, and hotel guests alike.
We are currently hiring Servers who are reliable, energetic, and customer-focused.
Position Details

Responsibilities
- Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and beverage orders accurately
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the dining experience
- Handle payments and operate POS systems
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
- Work efficiently with kitchen and bar staff
- Help create a positive and welcoming environment for guests
Requirements
- Previous serving or restaurant experience preferred but not required
- Valid Serving It Right certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and punctuality
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic

The Bears Den has been part of the Penticton community since 1962 and is entering a new chapter with major renovations, expanded hours, an upgraded kitchen, bar service, and event hosting. We are looking for team members who want to grow with us and be part of something exciting from the ground up.
