Must live local and willing to drive to the farm for our chore times. Or anyone relocating for school in the area in April (eg. Durham College or Fleming College).

Any previous farm experience is a benefit. Willing to train ambitious, motivated and punctual individual.
Job Responsibilities include: scraping stalls, bedding pens, mixing feed and feeding cows, milking cows, feeding and caring for calves and monitoring animal health.
There are also job hours available for repair/maintenance of all farm equipment and operation of farm equipment for an experienced person.
Typical barn chores hours are 5:15-8:30am and 4:00-7pm. Extra hours are available for moving cows from farm to farm, assisting hoof trimming, assisting vets and cleaning the barn.
Must have reliable transportation to the farm, flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends.
We are also very flexible to offer shifts around a second job, school schedules and extra curriculars.
Increased pay can be given to an individual that has experience in milking cows.
Currently looking for a person with any experience feeding or milking cows.
Pay rate will determined by level of experience and work ethnic and commitment to our farm.

Pay: $18.60-$23.00 per hour
