Reporting to our Leasing Manager, the Leasing Agent will serve as a point of contact for all prospective applicants for the project. Your job will be to guide the prospective applicant through showing an apartment, collecting information for an application and helping process the lease agreement. The Leasing Agent will also work side by side with the on-site property management team to ensure a seamless transition from the leasing team to the management team for the prospect.

Working Hours:
2 days a week for 10-14 hours.
Location: Edmonton, Alberta
Client Relations:
· Greet clients, make them feel welcome, and create relationships
· Answer client questions about the product before and after the tour
· Maintain a follow-up schedule with prospective applicants via CRM software
Reporting:
· Qualifying and registering customers in a CRM software
· Report daily activity to the sales manager via the reporting system
· Monitor the traffic flow of customers via the reporting system
· Weekly sales meeting with the Leasing Manager
General Administrative Duties
· Sending and receiving documents via an online signing software
· Processing rental applications
· Executing leasing agreements
Qualifications:
· Residential management or leasing experience
· Knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act
· Professional level communication skills (written and oral)
· Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs
· Experience with CRM software
· Ability to maintain organization in a fast-paced workplace
· Self-motivated and goal-oriented
· Willingness to learn new tasks
· Demonstrate initiative for continuous learning
Miscellaneous:
· Maintain sales centre cleanliness and report any needed signage or promotional items updates/fixes to the marketing team.
Base salary plus commission for each successfully executed lease agreement.
