Position: NURSE CARE COORDINATOR – Acute Care/Emergency/Out-Patient
Facility: Lamont Health Care Centre
Status: PERMANENT Full-time (1.00 FTE)
Applications are invited for a full-time Nurse Care Coordinator – Acute Care/Emergency/Out-Patient.
Position Summary: The successful applicant will provide leadership and direction to Staff, liaise
with Physicians and families, ensure that the care and service offered to Patients and Residents
meets Best Practice Standards and uphold the Mission/Values of Lamont Health Care Centre at all

Reporting to: Director of Care
Qualifications:
BScN with at least 3 years’ experience in Nursing or a combination of related education, skills and
experience.
Current Registration with CRNA or other professional nursing association
Connect Care experience preferred
ACLS and PALS essential (must be prepared to undertake within 6 months of commencing
position)
CPR Level C essential
Possess excellent communication and leadership qualities.
Strong ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Previous management experience preferred.
Hours: Mondays through Fridays (7.75 hours/day), on-call as per Management “on-call” roster.
Salary: Negotiable, based on experience – Out of Scope / NUEE
