Job Description;
Marystown Ford is looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Parts & Service Advisor to join our team. This dual-role position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, coordinating service work, and handling parts inquiries and inventory. The successful candidate will serve as a key link between customers, technicians, and suppliers to ensure a smooth and efficient operation.
Service Advisor Duties
· Greet customers and assess service and repair needs
· Create and manage work orders and repair estimates
· Schedule service appointments
· Communicate repair recommendations and obtain customer approvals
· Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
· Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
· Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
Parts Advisor Duties
· Source and order parts from suppliers
· Assist customers and technicians with parts inquiries
· Receive, inspect, and stock incoming parts shipments
· Maintain accurate inventory records
· Process parts returns and warranty claims
· Prepare parts quotes and invoices
· Ensure timely availability of parts for scheduled repairs
Qualifications
· Previous experience in automotive or related industries preferred
· Strong customer service and communication skills
· Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
· Knowledge of vehicle parts and repair processes
· Proficiency with computers and basic office applications
· Valid driver's license
