Need for Role:
- We will be starting a large condo building interior on May 7th. We are looking to add more high value members to our team for this job, and then to ideally have you stay on afterwards as a full time employee as well.
Overview:
We are seeking skilled and reliable Painters to join our team. As a Painter, you will be responsible for completing various painting and labor tasks to support our projects. This is a full-time position with competitive pay and opportunities for growth.
* Interior Painting experience is a must. Large scale job background is a bonus, ie. painting hallways of condo buildings, commercial spaces etc.
Duties:
- Prepare surfaces for painting by priming, sanding, caulking, and filling.
- Protect surfaces with floor protection, drop clothes, masking etc.
- Apply paint, stain, or other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers
- Properly setup working areas as well as proper teardown/cleanup
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a painter
- Knowledge of painting techniques and tools
- Ability to prep and paint all substrates, such as walls, doors, ceilings, crown moulding, trim work, and achieve a top notch end result in a timely manner.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and lift heavy objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Reliable transportation to travel between job sites if necessary
- Comfortable using and working from ladders

Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
