Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer who have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation to join our team. This role is essential for supporting various operational tasks across our projects and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, adaptable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment. No prior experience is necessary, as training will be provided, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are highly valued.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and maintain a safe work environment
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as needed
- Move supplies and tools around the worksite efficiently
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents
- Help with setup and breakdown of job sites or work areas
- Carry out other manual tasks assigned by supervisors to support project progress
Skills
- Strong physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects safely
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions clearly
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Basic understanding of safety procedures in a construction or industrial setting (nice-to-have)
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various tasks on-site
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe working environment
Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour
