We are a busy, well-established men’s barbershop looking for an experienced and friendly Barber to join our growing team. Our shop has strong foot traffic, a loyal client base, and a welcoming, family-style work environment. Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality haircuts using clippers and scissors
- Deliver clean fades, tapers, and beard trims
- Provide kid-friendly haircuts in a comfortable and professional manner
- Consult with clients to understand their preferences and deliver consistent results
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstation according to health regulations
- Work efficiently in a busy shop environment
- Build strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of barbering experience
- Strong skills in fades, beard work, and scissor cuts
- Ability to work well with children and families
- English communication skills required
- Professional, punctual, and team-oriented attitude
- Ability to work independently while supporting the team when needed
- Living in Toronto, Canada
Compensation & Schedule
- Commission-based pay (percentage)
- Full-time preferred
- Part-time may be considered with a flexible schedule agreement
