Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, and have experience in data entry, sales, and upselling. Duties
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Provide accurate information about products and services, ensuring customer needs are met effectively
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records and transaction details accurately
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints with empathy and efficiency
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain thorough knowledge of company offerings to provide comprehensive support
- Follow established phone etiquette and communication protocols to ensure a positive interaction
- Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service roles, with strong communication skills in English
- Demonstrated ability in data entry and analysis skills for managing customer information accurately
- Experience in sales, upselling, or cross-selling is a plus
- Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to handle diverse customer interactions professionally
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to analyze situations quickly and effectively
- Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude
- Multilingual capabilities are desirable but not mandatory; however, fluency in both English and Spanish is strongly preferred

Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
