Automotive Detailer (3 Positions Available)
Locations: Port Moody & Surrey
We are seeking dedicated Automotive Detailers to join our team. This role involves thoroughly cleaning and detailing vehicles to ensure they meet our high standards of quality and presentation. Whether you're just starting out or already have experience, this is a great opportunity to grow within a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Positions Available (3 Total):
2 Entry-Level / Detailers
- No prior experience required – training provided
- We welcome both entry-level and experienced detailers
- Experienced candidates may be considered for higher starting pay based on skill level
- Ideal for individuals looking to build or continue a career in automotive detailing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
1 Team Lead Detailer
- Previous professional detailing experience required
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Experience running day-to-day operations is highly preferred
- Proficient in advanced detailing techniques including wet sanding, cut polishing, and machine polishing
- Ability to lead a team in a fast-paced, high-quality environment
Compensation
- Entry-Level / Detailers: Starting at minimum wage, with performance-based increases
- Team Lead Detailer: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour, based on experience, leadership ability, and advanced detailing skills
Key Responsibilities
- Perform full interior and exterior vehicle detailing, including washing, waxing, vacuuming, and polishing
- Use proper products and techniques for different vehicle surfaces
- Inspect vehicles and report any damage or issues
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Deliver excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
- Assist with additional tasks to support daily operations
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service experience is an asset
- Previous detailing experience is an asset (required for Team Lead role)
- License is preferred but not mandatory
