Overview
We are seeking a professional and organized Front Office Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in providing exceptional customer service, managing administrative tasks, and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. The ideal candidate will have strong office experience, excellent communication skills, and proficiency with various office software. Prior experience in accounting, medical or dental offices is required. - Familiarity with standard office platforms, such as Microsoft Office and QuickBooks and Ifirm
- Data management and entry skills, including the ability to maintain and improve filing systems

Qualifications
- Proven experience in an office setting, preferably in a medical or dental environment
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace, ZOOM, iFirm and data entry software like QuickBooks
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional customer service skills with professional phone etiquette
- Clerical experience including filing, proofreading, and administrative support
- Ability to handle multi-line phone systems efficiently and courteously
- Strong typing skills for quick data entry and correspondence drafting
- Knowledge of bookkeeping or basic financial record keeping is advantageous
- Prior experience as a dental receptionist or in medical office administration is preferred but not required
- Works with sensitive information with discretion to main confidentiality and security and ensure compliance with privacy policies and regulations.
- Ensures that deadlines are met and adapts to changing priorities.
- Make sure office kitchen is stalked and clean
- Help with office maintenance; recycling, garbage, dishwasher, coffee, shredding etc.

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
