Steers Insurance Atlantic Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-paced insurance brokerage looking to expand its personal lines team. Representing some of Canada's top insurers, we currently have an exciting opportunity for a VIP client Personal Lines Account Manager.
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a passion for helping customers. In this client-facing role, you’ll be expected to deliver outstanding service to our personal lines VIP clients while helping them navigate policies, claims, and more, all with a positive, solutions-first attitude.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver top-notch customer service to our valued clients
- Assist clients with policy changes, quotes, and claims inquiries
- Build and maintain strong, trusted relationships with our customers
- Help ensure every interaction ends with a satisfied client
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge.
- Send out quarterly newsletters
What You'll Bring:
- Level 2 Insurance License with a min of 3 years experience
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey information clearly.
- Post-secondary graduate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple tasks
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
