Compensation & Split Details
- Estimated annual earnings: $300,000 – $400,000 CAD
- No overhead on private billing and panel payments
- Transparent, consistent split structure — all physicians are on the same model
- LFP (Longitudinal Family Practice) Contract, or
- NTP (New-to-Practice) Contract, or
- Contract length: Permanent (long-term)
- Contract break clause: Flexible with advance notice- 3 month notice

The Clinic is in close proximity of the local Peace Arch Hospital with 160 Beds. The area has a population of approximately 119,000; a 15% growth in the last 5 years.

Walk or cycle through forest trails, enjoy water sports at both White Rock and Crescent Beach. Located five minutes from the US border and 45 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

Be part of team-based care, within our community's wonderful Primary Care Network (PCN), which is in its 5th year and is very mature and effective (all physicians in our community are part of the PCN). You will be a member with the Division of Family Practice in White Rock South Surrey (WRSS) and through that, you will receive onboarding support, linking you to other services of value to you in your practice including Doctors of BC Practice Support Coach, free UptoDate and Pathways, inclusion in Division meetings, education sessions, networking events, special working groups, and integration opportunities with Specialists. The Division is also a key component of the new SFU School of Medicine, so if you are interested in teaching and/or mentoring new physicians, you'll have the opportunity.
