We are currently hiring for a year round position for days and afternoons including weekends.
We are a 24/7 business, weekends and nights are mandatory. We work 365 days a year.
Your would be responsible for documenting details of a tip placed by the public to Crime Stoppers who wish to be anonymous. We act as a third party to provide information law enforcement departments in cities all over the world.
You MUST have excellent above average tying skills (minimum of 40 wpm), excellent telephone manner and common sense with the ability to make urgent decisions based on strict protocols. You will need to be able to work efficiently in sudden stressful high call volume times, without hesitation.
Responsibilities
- Includes but is not limited to:
· Receiving anonymous calls, follow up calls and inquiry calls to the Crime Stoppers hotline number;
· Recording such call in the P3 program;
· Transferring information to the appropriate Crime Stoppers program;
· Responding correctly for afterhours calls that must be managed immediately;
· Taking calls to the business line and relaying messages appropriately;
· Miscellaneous office duties to maintain the condition of the workplace
Skills
- Proficiency in data entry with high attention to detail
- Fluency in English
- Strong analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
