What You’ll Down & Grow Strategic Retail Accounts
- Build, lead, and expand high-value retailer relationships.
- Execute strategic sales plans that grow distribution, share, and category performance.
Deliver Commercial Results
- Exceed revenue, profit, and volume targets through strong execution and proactive planning.
- Identify gaps and close them quickly with decisive, data-driven action.
Negotiate at a Senior Level
- Lead complex negotiations with major retailers.
- Secure program wins, listings, and promotional opportunities aligned with company objectives.
Lead With Ownership & Urgency
- Troubleshoot issues quickly and maintain momentum across key accounts.
- Provide leadership with clear reporting, pipeline visibility, and performance insights.
- Partner cross-functionally with category, marketing, and supply chain teams to drive results.
What You Bring
This is a senior commercial role requiring proven experience and real results.
We are looking for someone with:
✔ 5+ years of CPG or grocery retail key account management experience (mandatory)
✔ Direct experience managing major Canadian retail accounts
✔ Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
✔ A track record of surpassing targets and driving profitable growth
✔ High commercial instincts and the ability to operate with autonomy
✔ Willingness to travel regularly across the region
✔ A competitive, proactive, results-first mindset
