Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Ensure food is prepared and served in a timely manner, maintaining consistency in quality and presentation
- Assist with meal preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen, including workstations and equipment
- Follow all food safety and proper food handling procedures
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and efficient service operations
Requirements
- Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen environment a must
- Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling practices
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
