We’re looking for a hands-on, people-focused supervisor to help lead our Agri-tourism operations during the busy harvest season. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in creating positive experiences for both guests and coworkers.
No two days are the same on the farm — from school tours and fall events to u-pick operations and guest services, you’ll help bring the farm to life during our most exciting season.
Our Food Service Team Members help prepare and serve food in our busy concession while maintaining high standards of food safety, cleanliness and presentation.
This role is ideal for individuals who:

Training begins in late July, with our main operating season running from mid-August through October 31. Weekend and holiday availability throughout the season is required.
What you will do:
- Maintain safe food handling and Food Safe practices
- Set up and stock kitchen and concession stations
- Heat and cook menu items efficiently during busy service periods
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the day
- Wash dishes and clean kitchen equipment
- Complete end-of-day cleaning procedures
- Work closely with supervisors and team members to provide excellent guest experiences
