Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Automotive Technician or Apprentice Automotive Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a wide range of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and safety. The ideal technician will possess strong mechanical knowledge, experience with various tools and equipment, and a commitment to quality service and Pride in their workmanship. .
Duties
- Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on automobiles and trucks.
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, diagnostic equipment and specialized schematics to troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Conduct maintenance tasks including oil changes, brake repairs, engine diagnostics, and system inspections.
- Follow safety protocols during all repair procedures, including heavy lifting and equipment operation.
- Convey detailed service requirements and communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive repair and maintenance.
- Proficiency with electrical systems, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely
- Familiarity with air conditioning systems
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Valid Journeyman certification.

Pay: $20.00-$41.00 per hour
