How you’ll contribute to our company:
- Printing corporate generated reports including revisions, customer shop orders, standard practice information forms, and transferring work orders
- Creating (setting up) and printing in-process production reports, OD labels, and special instruction sheets
- Creating set ups that are time and cost efficient, with directions that are easily understood by other plant personnel
- Choosing inventory to create a customer’s specified product
- Communicating with Sales department, Purchasing department, Technical Services, and plant management pertaining to inventory and customer order issues
- Reviewing all in-process production reports at their completion, making any corrections needed to weights recorded and RTS tags generated if necessary or bring to the attention of the supervisor
- Generating aged material reports and eliminating aged material when possible
- Releasing and expediting material from outside processors and performing month end balancing
- Performing daily receiving audits
- Participating and assisting in physical inventories
